By registering for, attending, purchasing from, or accessing the recording of this live webinar (the “Webinar”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Access

The Webinar is provided by Amanda Hanson International, Inc. (AHI) and is open to a global audience. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate.

Registration provides you access to the live Webinar, the recording, or both, at AHI’s discretion. Attendance at the live event is not required to be bound by these Terms.

2. Recording & Use of Content

The Webinar will be recorded.

By registering for the Webinar, whether or not you attend live, and/or by accessing or viewing the recording, you grant AHI permission to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and display your name, voice, image, likeness, chat messages, questions, and any other contributions you submit in connection with the Webinar.

These recordings and materials may be used for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Providing replays to registered participants
  • Educational, informational, marketing, or promotional purposes
  • Distribution via email, websites, social media platforms, or other media

You understand and agree that:

  • You will not receive compensation for such use
  • The recording may be edited, excerpted, or repurposed
  • Your participation is voluntary

If you prefer not to be recorded, you may choose not to attend live or keep your camera and microphone turned off. Chat participation is optional.

3. Optional Purchases & Upsells

During or following the Webinar, AHI may offer optional paid products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Live events
  • Self-guided or digital courses
  • Live or recorded Q&A sessions
  • Workshops, programs, or other educational resources

All purchases are optional and are not required to attend or benefit from the Webinar. All sales are final.

4. Intellectual Property

All Webinar content and any optional purchased materials, including but not limited to presentations, slides, recordings, meditations, written content, and course materials, are owned by AHI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from AHI.

5. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

The Webinar and any related free or paid materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or benefits.

Nothing presented constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply any information provided.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. AHI reserves the right to remove, restrict, or deny access to any participant or purchaser who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, without notice or liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your registration, participation, purchase, or access to the Webinar, its recording, or any related products or services.

8. Privacy

Information collected during registration, participation, or purchase will be used to communicate with you about the Webinar and related resources. Personal data will be handled in accordance with AHI’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
