I'm a clinical psychologist. Married thirty years, mother of four. For three decades I've sat across from women in the one chapter no one prepares them for, the chapter where everything they were taught about being a woman stops working for them. I built the Inner Authority Method™, so you could finally fire the loudest voice in your head, the Inner Critic who was never actually looking out for you, and put the wiser ones in charge.

My work is clinical psychology braided back together with the feminine wisdom this culture has spent centuries erasing. I teach power through femininity, not in spite of it.
