✔️Daily opening and closing rituals designed to create safety, presence, and integration
✔️ Live role-modeling of conscious conversations and relational dynamics
✔️ Demonstrations of healthy communication and new ways of relating, followed by opportunities to practice and integrate
✔️ Guided breakout sessions for mothers and daughters, together and separately, held with care and intention
✔️ Teaching segments on emotional leadership, relational responsibility, communication skills, nervous system regulation, and space-holding
✔️ Frameworks for addressing unresolved ruptures and creating pathways toward repair
✔️ Exploration of co-creative relationship dynamics that support growth rather than shutdown
✔️ Support in identifying and exiting unhealthy relational patterns rooted in avoidance, suppression, or emotional withdrawal
✔️ Guided journaling, reflection prompts, and contemplative exercises throughout the retreat
✔️ Two intimate, chef-prepared dinners with facilitated questions to support meaningful connection and dialogue
✔️ A closing ceremony to anchor insight, honor the work completed, and prepare for integration beyond the retreat

There is no relationship more tender, more complicated, or more defining than the one between a mother and daughter.
It is the very thread through which love, belonging, and identity are woven. And yet, it is also the place where misunderstandings, ruptures, and unspoken pain can take root.
This retreat was created as a sacred space for both of you—to lay down the old patterns, to process what has been difficult, and to step into a bond that feels safe, loving, and true.
Together, we will co-create a healing container where honesty feels welcomed, where compassion softens the edges, and where you will find a way back to each other that you may never have thought possible.

Where will the retreat be held?
The retreat will be hosted in Dr. Amanda's home in Fort Lauderdale
What age is this approprate for?
Daughters must be at least 16 years old.
Do we need to have a “broken” relationship to attend?
Not at all. This retreat is for any mother and daughter who want to deepen their closeness...whether you’re healing distance, navigating transitions, or simply craving more heartfelt connection.
Are accommodations included?
No. Accommodations are not included, but we’ll provide a list of nearby hotels so you can choose what best fits your needs.
Will this be recorded?
No. To preserve safety and confidentiality, this is a fully live, in-person experience.
How many mother–daughter pairs can attend?
Attendance is intentionally limited to keep the retreat intimate and deeply supportive.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Come as you are.
Can grandmothers and granddaughters attend?
Absolutely. While it’s designed for mothers and daughters, grandmothers and granddaughters are welcome.
