AMANDA HANSON INTERNATIONAL, LLC (“Company”) is organizing the event titled Magnetic by Dr. Amanda Hanson (“Event”), to be held on dates and at locations determined by Company. In consideration for being permitted to participate, I, the registrant, agree to the following:

• Safety: I will adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Company during the Event. I commit to notifying the organizers immediately should I observe any unsafe conditions. I understand that failure to comply with safety guidelines or event rules may result in my removal from the Event without refund.

• Conduct and Removal: Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event, without refund, if the participant engages in unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior, or fails to comply with Event rules or instructions, as determined in Company’s sole discretion.

• Physical and Mental Condition: I understand that participation in the Event may be physically and mentally demanding and that I shouldn’t participate unless I’m medically and psychologically able to do so. I understand that I’m responsible for knowing my own physical and mental condition and making my own decisions about participation. I confirm that I’m in adequate physical and mental condition to participate. Should I feel incapable of continuing at any time, I will withdraw myself from participation. I understand that the Event is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or mental health care, and no diagnosis or treatment is provided.

• No Guarantees or Reliance: I acknowledge that the Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, personal growth, healing, or transformation. I understand that any statements, testimonials, or examples shared during the Event are illustrative only and do not constitute promises or guarantees of results.

• Understandings: I recognize that participation involves inherent risks associated with physical and mental activities. These risks include, but are not limited to: physical exertion and bodily injury; mental exertion, psychological stress, crying, emotional discomfort, fear, anxiety, or panic responses; emotionally provocative, edgy, or boundary-pushing content; anatomical, sensual, or adult-themed language, discussions, imagery, music, movement, or exercises; consequences of conditions at the site, including allergens, dust, noise, lack of lighting, low lighting, theatrical lighting, flashing lights, strobe lights, loud or amplified sound, visual or sensory stimulation, or use of equipment. I understand that while the Company provides security at the site, it does not control the actions of other participants and does not offer on-site medical treatment or mental health services. I further acknowledge that the content, language, symbolism, or experiential elements presented during the event may be perceived as offensive, unsettling, or contradictory to my personal moral, religious, spiritual, or cultural beliefs, and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation with this understanding.

• Awareness and Assumption of Risk: I am fully aware of the potential risks involved and choose to participate voluntarily. I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, damage, or loss that I may sustain as a result of my participation, including risks that may be unknown or unforeseeable at this time.

• Medical Care Consent: I understand that no on-site medical treatment will be available during the Event. In case of a medical emergency, I consent to the Company arranging for emergency medical services as required. I have adequate health insurance to cover any injuries and agree to bear the costs of my medical treatment.

• Communicable Disease Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in a live, in-person event may increase my risk of exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any illness or health condition that may result from my participation.

• Lost or Stolen Property: I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal property while attending the Event, and that the Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

• Waiver and Release of Claims: I hereby waive and release from any and all liability, claims, costs, and damages of any kind which I or my heirs, next of kin, or legal representatives may have, or which may later accrue, resulting or arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event or presence at or travel to the site. This release includes, but is not limited to, all claims in respect of personal injury, illness, emotional or psychological distress, property damage, loss, financial obligation, death or expenses, and in each case regardless of the cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law. For purposes of this document, “Released Parties” refers to Company and its directors, officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and affiliates, as well as any sponsors of the Event. I agree not to sue any of the Released Parties on the basis of these waived and released claims.

• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, and attorney fees they may suffer resulting or arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event, my conduct at the Event, or my breach of this agreement, except and only to the extent the liability is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the total liability of any Released Party for any claim arising out of or relating to the Event exceed the total amount paid by me for my Event ticket. In no event shall any Released Party be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

• Intellectual Property and Recording Restrictions: All Event content, materials, presentations, exercises, and experiences are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any portion of the Event without the prior written consent of the Company.

• Use of My Name and Image: I grant Company the right to use my image, voice, likeness, and personal stories captured during the Event for promotional or any other lawful purposes, without compensation, in any media now known or later developed.

• Information Collection: I consent to the Company collecting and using my personal information for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Event, and for post-event communications, from which I can opt out at any time.

• Marketing Communications Consent: I consent to receiving transactional, informational, and marketing communications from Company related to this Event and other Company offerings. I understand that I may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided, and that opting out does not affect receipt of transactional or event-related communications. I acknowledge that my personal information will not be sold to third parties.

• Binding Agreement: This waiver and release shall bind not only me but also my heirs, successors, and legal representatives. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Governing Law and Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Broward County, Florida, and I hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

• Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Event shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise. I agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the courts specified in the Governing Law and Venue provision.

• Audience Parameters: Event access, seating, and audience participation are intended for individuals who identify as women. I understand and agree that facilitators, speakers, performers, production staff, security personnel, contractors, and other program elements may include individuals of any gender.

• Program Changes: Company reserves the right to change, modify, substitute, or remove any aspect of the Event at any time, including but not limited to speakers, facilitators, content, exercises, schedule, format, dates, times, venues, lighting, sound, or production elements, with or without notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund or compensation.

• Force Majeure: Company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation under this Agreement that is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics or public health emergencies, government orders, labor disputes, venue unavailability, travel disruptions, or failures of utilities or transportation systems.

Cancellation Policy

• Finality of Sales: All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, tickets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• Non-Refundable: Tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, content dissatisfaction, or changes in travel plans.

• Transfer of Tickets: The transfer of tickets to another individual is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.

• Event Changes: The Company reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the Event, including but not limited to dates, times, venues, content, speakers, facilitators, and program format. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or any other form of compensation.

• Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the event organizer, ticket holders will be notified. Any potential refunds or compensation will be provided at the sole discretion of the event organizer and in accordance with applicable laws.

• Entire Agreement and Electronic Acceptance: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between me and Company regarding participation in the Event and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or understandings. This Agreement may be accepted electronically and shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. No oral representations or modifications shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the Company.
  
  By registering for this event, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document, that I am at least 18 years of age, and that I am voluntarily waiving substantial legal rights.
