What's included?
Three-phase journey: Deconstruct, Reinvent, Integrate
A proven six-month arc. During phase one, you will look deeply at the patterns, roles, inherited beliefs and conditioning that are currently preventing you from experiencing the life you desire. During the reinvention phase, you will reconsider your standards, give up compromises, rediscover your passions, and gain the courage to claim your pleasure and joy. In phase three, you will live the change in real time. With the support of Dr. Amanda and the other women in the program, you will begin integrating your new knowledge, skills and inner authority into your life.
Two live Zoom sessions every month, for six months
Before each call, Dr. Amanda reviews what's actually alive in the cohort and tailors her teaching to it live. This isn't a recorded curriculum with your name stamped on it, it's built around the women who are actually in it. And this is exactly what makes Crowned so potent. Every session is recorded, so you can always watch again for even deeper integration.

Six months of the deepest work Dr. Amanda does... no support coaches, no substitutes. She personally leads every live session, tailored to this cohort. This segment of the program is a practice of speaking the real, specific, unfinished thing you are moving through while it is still alive in your life, not after the fact. You will be guided to speak rather than type because learning to say what you mean without over-explaining is part of the work itself.
Closing ceremony and a signed copy of Muse
A closing moment that marks what six months of real change deserves. Your copy of Muse arrives signed by Dr. Amanda... a marker of the woman you have become, a Sovereign Queen, coronated.
The Inner Authority Method
Inside Crowned, you will learn to recognize and call upon your Internal Board of Advisors , eight feminine archetypal parts of you that hold different forms of wisdom.

Common questions
How is this different from all of the other programs?
Crowned is live and guided. And it goes ALL the way. You are learning directly with Dr. Amanda and alongside a cohort of women over six months. The work is tailored live to the women in the room and incorporates the Inner Authority Method and the Internal Board of Advisors.
What happens at the closing ceremony?
At the end of Crowned, the full cohort meets live on Zoom with Dr. Amanda for the closing ceremony. It is a space to witness the transformation, honor what has changed, and consciously close the six-month experience together.
What's the time commitment per week?
Plan for a few hours a week. Crowned includes two live Zoom sessions each month, weekly prompts and reflections, and time to integrate the work into your real life.
What if I can't make every session?
Sessions are recorded, so you can return to the work or catch a session you cannot attend live.

The cohort remains connected throughout the six months so you can stay engaged with the experience.
