Let your pain go
Dr. Amanda will guide you in releasing the pain you've stored in your body for years, helping you clear it from your system. This intensive practice is a key part of the event, concluding with a processing session where you can ask your questions.
Day 2
Your pleasure
You will learn incredible techniques to infuse your daily life with pleasure—for joy, proper restoration of your inner resources, and transforming your daily routine into a beautiful journey.
Sensuality
Many women never fully experience their sensuality—their ability to feel alive, beautiful, and connected. Sensuality is about being present in your body without shame. Questions and Answers
The final part of day two will conclude with Dr. Amanda answering questions, providing clarifications, and offering selective hot seat coaching.
